At just 14 years of age Jason Bradshaw started his first business, JSB Distributing,
retailing a range of telecommunication and technology products. From these early days
Jason knew the importances of employee and customer experience and over the pursuing
years has become known for being inspirational leader, engaging with employees and
customers to deliver outcomes that matter.
If starting at the age of 14 didnʼt provide enough business education through experience,
Jason has formally studied organizational psychology, project management, business
management, process reengineering, change management and continues to actively
undergo formal training to learn new disciplines and build on existing skills.
Combining his passions and education Jason has delivered significant improvements in
employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and operating profit in the information,
communication and technology, banking, finance, retail and government sectors.
In addition to his professional pursuits Jason is committed making a positive contribution to
his community and mentors university students, and sits on the Board of Australiaʼs largest
GLBT Health company.
